Over 25 years in the construction industry with heavy emphasis in air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical. Employed by Carrier Corp and York; Borg.-Warner Company as a sales engineer and Branch Manager.

Construction - over 25 years +

Inspections - have performed hundreds of inspections in the last three years. Most of my inspections require 2 to 3 hours to accomplish (we won't do "hurry up" type jobs). Reports can be computer generated on the job, or later the same day, as you prefer it. Follow up inspections on repairs can be done at reduced prices. And advice and consultation (on the phone) after the inspection are usually handled free of charge.

Education - B.S. Southern Illinois University, postgraduate work at the University of Southern California, numerous inspection courses at Houston Community College, and Real Estate courses at Champions Real Estate School.
