Fiberboard type, can be totally replaced or repaired by cutting off damaged section and adding a pressure treated board (flashed of course)

Labor Can be very expensive or nominal, if you do it.

Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
Helps prevent electrical shock if properly installed Current Electrical code calls for circuit protection on all circuits within 6 feet of water (i.e. - Kitchen and bath sinks, whirlpool tubs, Spas, exterior outlets, etc.)
Cost to Upgrade
Labor varies considerably according to extent needed (can run into hundreds)

Door Casing
Deterioration of trim due to water or termites.

Labor Cost varies with extent of damage.

Cable Tendon Ends
exposed cable tendon ends on a concrete post tension slab. surfaces should be cleaned and covered with cement that's treated with bonding agent

Temperature / Pressure relief valve is not plumbed on this installation of a water heater. Code requires CPVC galvanized, or other approved material piping to an area where discharge of hot water (up to 210 F) will not be a safety hazard.

This temperature pressure relief valve is plumbed with too small size of pipe. Building codes require pipe to be of same size as opening of TPRV.

 

Bathtub drain assembly. This requires an access door to view the operation of the drain. A leak here can possibly contribute to termites (wood destroying insects) and/or mold.
