This temperature
pressure relief valve is plumbed with too small size of pipe.
Building codes require pipe to be of same size as opening of TPRV.

Bathtub
drain assembly. This requires an access door to view the operation
of the drain. A leak here can possibly contribute to termites (wood
destroying insects) and/or mold.
